Another option:

It is never too late, today is the perfect day for me (fill in the rest)

Comment: it is possible to play around with the words until you find the meaning that best suits you.

Once you have practiced the mantra, you can shorten it and start from:

now is the perfect time for me, or today is the perfect day for me…

Did you know?

There are many people that are in their 20`s or 30`s or 40`s that think that they are too old to start realising their dream or do the things that their hearts really desire.

On the other hand, there are people that at the age of 50 – 80 start from the beginning and realise their hearts desire.

The belief that “it is too late” is an excuse that comes from the main belief mechanism that limits us.

And the basis of this belief mechanism is the emotion of fear.

Restricting beliefs come to prevent us from experiencing situations that are defined as fear, because fear equals danger.

Our natural survival mechanism will do anything to avoid danger.

 So what do we do?

The basic way to change belief is by changing the meaning that the subconscious has connected to a certain situation.

We have to educate our subconscious that there is no danger relating to this specific subject.

Now, it sounds simple right? So, where is the challenge?

The challenge lies in the characteristics of the subconscious, and one of its main characteristics is that it doesn’t react to logic.

Logic is a characteristic of the knowing mind.

The subconscious reacts only to instructions that are given with belief.

Read this sentence again and again as it is one of the most important sentences you will hear in your life.

The moment the subconscious receives an “instruction package” that is given to him with total belief, it follows them instantly.

The transformation occurs within a split second, the moment it is received by the subconscious.

It’s true that we all know the sentence “change takes time” but the only time in this equation is time and the number of attempts that it takes the conscious mind to convince the subconscious of a certain truth.

The moment that the instructions have filtered into the subconscious and have been received by it, it happens! The transformation starts immediately.

Therefore your “game” is not against the circumstances that you encounter in your outside world, but against the conditioning of your subconscious.

This is where the daily mantras that you have to repeat again and again come into play with addition to the imagination.

Yes, when you repeat a string of words (mantra) which are actually instructions to your subconscious, you must imagine your words in a concrete way; transform them into a film in your imagination.

Like a director that gets a written script and the moment he reads it his imagination starts to create visual situations of the film, he already builds to himself the scenes of the film in a concrete way in his mind.

Decide that now is the right time for you to begin something that you really want.

You don’t have to know how it is going to happen or the path that is going to take you there.

You just have to convince yourself that now is the perfect time to start and that you have all that you need in order to succeed.

Act using the following formula:

Desire brings decision – identify your true desire.

The moment a decision is made, belief is created – and visa versa, you cannot separate the two – you must decide!

Comment: it is true that sometimes you say to yourself “I have reached a decision and whatever will be will be”… if you look into the “whatever will be will be” you will see that there is a belief that you will succeed; otherwise you wouldn’t reach this decision.

Decision also has another value, every decision wakes up another mighty power called will power.

Will power protects us from traps in the thought, emotion and action.

Concentrated thoughts that are diluted with emotion activate the subconscious.

As a result the subconscious opens all the gates and allows it to happen.

Comment: this is a very important article; I suggest reading it a number of times until it fully registers.

Good luck!
