Food for thought

Just as our body needs food, water and air, it is also in need again and again of fresh doses of positive thinking.

Positive thinking causes a balance in all the systems, it resets all the deviations in the various functions and allows the body to work just how the creator intended it to work, perfectly.

The body knows how to do this with great intelligence, but because it is connected to the brain which is influenced by the thoughts that race in our heads, we must ensure daily portions of positive thinking, we owe this to ourselves.

Why do negative thoughts exist and what is their purpose?

The job of the negative thoughts in our consciousness is the same as the job of the acids in the body and in food.

In order to break down and assist in digestion.

Like in the body, the acids have to be balanced in their basic form. In positive thinking, optimism, happy thoughts, hope and belief, in a wonderful feeling by our sheer existence with all that we have, with gratitude.

When negative thoughts are present in the right measure, they assist us continuously to get back to the straight and narrow, the hearts path.

They direct us back to ourselves when we get too far.

When we are not synchronised, we think in a negative way, and then we need positive food in order to stabilise ourselves.

Our physical and spiritual body needs positive thinking like food.

Its spiritual food.

When you feel too much acid in your “soul” you must eat a healthy meal of hope, of optimism, of belief and love and you will feel sweet.

Positive thoughts are fruit, always take with you a few for the journey; it will give you strength and purpose.

On an optimistic note…

May the sun rise on you and may you enjoy every day.
