when you shed the root of the problem - the problem disappears by itself.
I would like to share with you a formula that assists us to enjoy our day to day life more.
Every day there is one main task that needs to be done, and around it gather all the other tasks.
Your subconscious knows that this subject is important (because this is the information it received from you) and this is the reason he tries to complete the task.
The point is that the average person loses his concentration many times during a single minute and this is no surprise taking into account the number of outside distractions and the endless flow of thoughts that are inside us.
So, on the one hand our subconscious puts pressure on us to complete the important task, and on the other hand all the distractions and natural loss of concentration cause the task to be put at the bottom of the “things to do” and then what begins to happen is that we get new signals from our emotions which then cause a physical effect on us.
For example: you suddenly find that you are tired, or that you lack motivation, or irritable, or that you feel that time is slipping by and that you haven’t done anything…this negative feeling continues to draw to you more negative thoughts when the real reason that you are feeling this way is because your subconscious is “signaling” to you and saying “complete me, complete me, complete me…”
However you cannot hear its call as so many more “things to do” have been added that require your attention and you get lost in all the mess until you reach the end of the day and declare “what a waste of a day… it was all topsy turvy”
And the truth is that if you only spared a moment or two in order to “complete” the little task which you fed to your subconscious the previous evening or the at beginning of the morning - your day would turn out to be naturally very successful and without any effort!!
It is possible to implement this little formula consciously as a daily routine and you can use it as and when you feel that it is “simply not my day…
Write on the page the headline “my day will flow once I complete the following…”
(or any other headline that relates to you)
Write in the centre of the square the task in hand and the following thing is…simply do it!!!
Yes, as simple as this sounds it works wonders. As if you took the plug out of something that was causing a blockage.
If you are not sure what the task is that needs completing, do the following:
Make a list in random order of all the things that you wish / need to do today.
Scroll through the list quickly and let your inner feeling (gut feeling) direct you to the right item.
You will feel it in your body… because your subconscious will validate this for you through your subconscious.
If the task can be executed immediately – do it.
If it needs a little planning so that it is done to its best ability – plan then do it.
This small formula simply works – there is nothing more to add.
It is your right to experience a great day – every day…
