Write these three words on a piece of paper and look at them for a moment.
 
Direct these words towards yourself.
 
What feeling do you get when you look at these words that you have written about yourself?
 
How many times have you said this to yourself in the past? Too many times? Not enough times?
 
And maybe you even forget to tell yourself, or maybe you have never said it at all.
 
Do these words cause you to feel good, amazing?
 
Do you feel embarrassed when you read what you have written?
 
Does it make you feel uncomfortable?

Try and experiment using a simple exercise that will give you a few personal beliefs about yourself.
 
Take a plain piece of paper and write the heading “I love you”.
 
Under the heading, write in a few words, using a flowing and unedited approach, a love letter to yourself.
 
Write why you love yourself, what are your good qualities, what are your personality traits, the reasons why you are so lovely and why it is fun for you to be you.
 
Many people have a lot of restrained love in their hearts centre.

A lot of potential energy stored that is not expressed.
 
A person who does not love themselves cannot really love someone else.
 
Love is the beginning of creation in life, health, abundance, in everything.

The whole world was created with love and exists only thanks to love.

Love is construction, growth and flourishing. 

The opposite of love is destruction, belittling, wilting.
 
Love is a central element in the universe, everyone can feel it but no one has ever been able to explain it. 

The best quality things always remain a mystery… and best that way.
 
What is possible to explain loses from its beauty.
 
A poet who looks at the sunset cannot explain why his soul fills with song and inspiration.
 
A spiritual or religious person, who is filled by the presence of the god that he cannot see or touch, cannot explain the calm and spiritual elevation that he feels from this presence.
 
And best that way.
 
Everything that is possible to explain loses from its magic.
 
It’s best that there are a few things that we are not able to explain and it looks like this is how it will stay forever.
 
No company can take this piece of land and build hotels on it…it’s a wild beach and this is how it will stay forever. This is your beach, these are the clearest waters, the sea is turquoise, the sun is caressing and the birds are singing.
 
When an artist paints, it is possible to explain the essence of his style, his technique, and the colours which he used.
 
It is possible to know who the artist is, where he was born and his father’s name…
 
But the moment that the painting is complete… the magic and inspiration that the painting has on you, the special atmosphere that it creates is something that cannot be explained, only to be able to personally feel and enjoy it.
 
The same goes for the rest of the universe, there are laws and there is science and names have been given to everything that exists, but still the magic is here.
 
It seems that all the mechanics of the universe was intended in order to create the unexplainable, the unsolved, the something that takes you beyond words, it takes you to the kingdom of feelings.
 
Say to yourself: “I love you”… say this often and the gate will start to open.
 
These are the words that open your golden gate.
 
“Open the gate; open it wide, so that a gold chain can pass”.

Stop for a moment, life will wait; say to yourself now “I love you”.
 
Tell the taxi to wait a moment, put your mobile phone on busy, embrace yourself for a moment and say: “I love you today”.

It is possible that you will hear the screeching hinges of your gate as it is opening wide… again, say it again, you are nearly there…say it loud! “I love you today” and give a big smile because your gate is opening.

“Love your fellow human being as you would love yourself”

these words are so deep that they reach no end.
 
Every time I look at them they get a deeper meaning.
 
Focus for a moment on these words…what do you think is the root word to this sentence?
 
If you could omit a number of words from this sentence, what is the most important word that you couldn’t do without?
 
Let’s look at the words for a moment:
 
 Fellow human being” on its own – doesn’t say anything.
 
“Yourself” on its own – doesn’t say anything.
 
“Love” on its own – says everything.
 
Love, is the power, is the compassion, is the winning word, is the whole bible.
 
Now that the magic word is known to you, start using it.
 
And maybe you will start using it towards yourself for a change?
 
Allow me to play around with a few magic words…
 
Love yourself, accept who you are.
 
Love your fellow human being, accept who he is.

Love all that you have, and you will receive more than already exists in your life.
 
Love your partner, and you will receive happiness and harmony.
 
Love your children; and you will receive wonderful successful and happy children.
 
Love your job, and receive satisfaction and pleasure from the doing.
 
Love to create, and receive more new and wonderful ideas.
 
Love life, and receive a wonderful life.
 
Love to be happy, and receive smiles and laughter.
 
Love your body; and receive it as a gift from above.
 
Love abundance; and receive abundance that flows into your life.
 
Love blessings, and receive plenty of blessings.
 
Love to give and you will receive what you have given with a huge return of love.
 
This message today is not coincidental, it was written for you.
 
It was written especially for you.
