What do you think about this

Everyday situations occur in our lives that we have to make decisions about.

But for some reason we choose to circle around our tail and leave untied ends.

The untied ends are energy thieves, or “life” thieves because our energy, our time, what we focus on is our life.

The solution to this continuous run-around lies in a pen and paper, even in a pencil.

The moment that the central focus that occupies us on the same day gets a perspective on paper, the moment that we write all the points of view, we analyse them this way and that, a situation report is created which sets out an action plan.

Instead of wasting energy on a cycle of similar thoughts without reaching a decision, we take the thoughts one at a time in an orderly manner and put them to paper so that they are in front of us, there is no need to juggle the same thoughts again and again above and below the surface, and there is no need to burden our friends and strangers with the baggage of our daily thoughts.

Hey, we all have a life to live, in between all the thoughts and the dilemmas, there is a world, there is a sun trees people and there is also us, what about a little bit of self respect? To feel a little of our presence while we pace this beautiful world.

The time has come to put an end to the futile thoughts and unnecessary dilemmas, the time has come to release the awareness in order to enjoy what this day has to offer us and to allow us to offer ourselves to this day fresh and happy, with a clean mirror that reflects life as it is, wonderful.

It really does take less than two minutes from your day and saves you hours and days of confusion.

I know that you know this, but I am here in order to remind you what you already know.

We all need a wakeup call.

Sometimes it’s a white butterfly which flies past and calls upon you to wake up, sometimes its stress which you can no longer take, and sometimes it’s a little article that asks that you write all that is troubling you right now on a piece of paper, indicate the facts, look at the situation report and reach a decision so that you can enjoy this day, and the next day, and the day after…

So what do you think about it? Write it down.
