The Window of Opportunities

Between the state of wakefulness and sleep there is a special window of opportunity when you are able to offer suggestions to your sub conscious.

This window of opportunity appears in two states, the first appears a moment before you fall asleep and the second state appears a moment after you wake up.

In this state your conscious mind, whose one of its jobs is to be a “gate guard” of your subconscious is in a sleepy state and the subconscious is open to receive instructions, it is like a field that is ready to be sowed.

In order to use this window of opportunity you must be ready when you know for certain what the instructions are that you want to sew in your subconscious.

Don’t play with it, treat it with all seriousness because we are talking about super powers – be prepared to receive the things for which you are asking with complete responsibility.

This window does not last for more than a number of seconds which is why you have to prepare for it before it’s too late and prepare an entrance into this state.

The good news is that you have for certain two opportunities every night to enter this state, when you lay down to sleep and when you wake up in the morning, if you are having an afternoon sleep – use it there as well.

So how do you prepare for this?

The first thing you must do is to write down the instructions that you are asking to sew in your sub conscious.

The second thing is to go over them again and again and to shorten them to as few words as possible because the time that this window is open is very short.

Once you have prepared the wanted wording – read it again and again in order to memorise it.

The next thing is to close your eyes and imagine yourself laying in bed in the evening, your body relaxed, your awareness is becoming smaller, your mind is entering low waves…your breaths are becoming longer and calmer.

And then imagine how in this situation with your eyes shut you are repeating in your heart the instructions which you prepared earlier.

It can relate to a physical healing, drawing a love to your life, financial abundance happiness etc…

Imagine how automatically a “mechanism” of reminders pops up and reminds you of these instructions which are the last thing that your awareness remembers and holds on to before it lets go and your mind moves to a state of dreaming.

The next imagination will be similar however, this time this is a morning situation when you are just about to wake up, you are aware that you are asleep in your bed but parts of you is still present in the waves of a dream.

Again, imagine how the automatic mechanism of reminders alerts your suggestions – the sentences you requested to feed into your subconscious and how you are reciting them when you are half asleep.

It is very important to maintain some rules that are very important to this whole realization which are:

1. Whatever you ask for, does not take away from something that is not yours and leaves another person with less.

2. The things that you are asking are in line with the laws of the universe and are in the category of growth and plenty for all.

3. The things that you are asking for are from a positive place, gratitude and love.

4. You are aware that your request is sent to an intelligent mind that knows better than you how to bring to you the things you are asking and not always will it choose specific ways which you thought of as a way of reaching your goal. Therefore you are wholeheartedly trusting the direction that will lead to your desire, you are left in a place of patience, curiosity, alertness and an openness to different and unusual directions some big some small, some clear some hidden to a realization of your desires and you are leaving some space to receive even more than you asked for.

5. You are trusting the almighty wisdom and intent that will know to direct you clearly whether your desire is good for you, your growth and happiness and if it isn’t, you are open to wanted changes in your plan as you understand that your main goal is to experience happiness and enjoy all the aspects that this reality has to offer you.

Brain frequencies and the process of sleep and awakens.

In order to explain this topic clearly we have to understand that we are able to measure the frequency of the brains activity using a machine called E.E.G and the waves are represented using the following names:

1. Beta frequencies: MHz 13-22

2. Alpha frequencies: MHz 8 -12

3. Theta frequencies MHz – 4-7

4. Delta frequencies – lower than MHz 4

There is a natural process that takes place in the transition from a state of awake ness to sleep and visa versa from sleep to awake ness.

In the first state, the brain moves gradually from a higher frequency to a lower frequency and in the second state from a lower frequency to a higher one. (on the condition that we are talking about natural and not sudden awakening).

State of awake ness: characterised by Beta waves.

State of sleep: the brain moves to alpha frequency > theta frequency > theta – delta > delta

During the fast eye flickering stage – the brain functions in an electric manner like it functions during its awake ness, fast frequencies, and fast heart beat, but the great wonder is that our muscles become disabled in this state so that we do not harm ourselves or others.

How to use the threshold of being asleep and the threshold of becoming awake to create reality.

At the beginning of the sleep process when the brain passes to alpha waves, the pulse lowers, the breath becomes slower and longer, you are still aware that you are in bed and that you are almost asleep… in this state the brains judgement barrier still exists but is more gentle, there is a synchronization between the two areas of the brain and thinking effect becomes stronger. This is a good time to show gratitude, to make positive statements, to imagine and create the following day.

The next stage to move on to the Theta frequency is very gentle and in most cases we miss it.

In the transition from the Alpha frequency to the Theta frequency our subconscious is exposed to suggestions – the hold of the conscious brain becomes very small and this is where the automatic memory mechanism which we prepared earlier enters. Our sub conscious will alert it and our positive statements which we have prepared and they will directly enter our sub conscious.

We become aware that this is happening but passively – like spectators.

This state continues for a few moments which are why I call it “the window of opportunity of sewing in the earth of the subconscious”.

In the next stage you are no longer aware – you are asleep.

In the morning when you wake up you transfer from a state of sleep to awake ness and the brain moves from low waves to high waves in a faster frequency through the stages in between.

In the first moments when you are half sleeping half dreaming, there also opens a window of opportunity – the gate to the subconscious is fully open.

At the next stage your brain is relaxed and in a state of alpha waves – which means that you are aware that you have woken up and your body is limp and totally relaxed. Again – this is a good state to show gratitude and to create your day in your imagination before you move to the Beta waves which is when you are in a state of total awake ness where the guard to your subconscious is ready for duty and begins to sieve and protect from the influx of thoughts that takes place when we are fully awake.

Comment: During meditation it is also possible to move into Alpha and Theta waves, and even Delta but the difference is that the conscious mind is still ruling and is present in this process which is why it will still be in a state of “get ready” and will close the gates due to fear or doubt.

For general knowledge – many people can move between the brain frequencies in seconds through concentration. A number of them do this naturally and a number of them as a result of much practice through yoga and meditation.

These people are known for their telepathic ability, clairvoyance, strong intuition, healing and vision of the unborn.

I personally am able to enter Theta waves at any moment that I choose, and this is probably due to a lot of practice.

In the last few years exists special music that is draped on frequencies that correspond with our brains wave length, as a result of listening to music our brain enters a resonance with the tones and moves to work in these frequencies.

Experiment

Performer an experiment,

During your next sleep, try and be as aware as possible to the process of the transition between high waves to low ones. Try and identify when you are in Alpha and when in Theta, in Delta waves you will already be in the land of dreams.

Be aware also of the process of waking up how slowly slowly your brain returns to function in higher waves.

The more you will become aware of the process – you will be able to use it and use the natural potential of our powerful brain.
