Take a leap into the present

Around 7 billion people are breathing on earth at this moment.

How many of those people in your opinion are directed to the present – exactly at this second?

The answer is…very few.

Why is it that throughout the generations the wise men seeked and found that the present moment contains in it everything, all the abundance, all the love, an exceptional flow of godly energy.

Why do such a large number of people know the truth but only a small number of them implement this truth?

The reason is found in the human brain.

The brain is a device that receives converts and sends thoughts and it does this continuously and diligently.

But, the person who is in charge of this device is you.

With the help of your will power you can direct your thought wherever you would like it to go.

Did you know that you can use your brain to connect to the present moment?

Use this ability in order to go back to the starting position, to the present.

The whole universe is in the present, where are you wondering to?

Part for a moment with the thoughts that are occupying you right now, and leap into the present moment.

Focus on your breathing for a moment… breathe deeply… and release the breathing slowly…

Listen to the many sounds that reach your ears, be aware of the light and the colours that arrive at your eyes.

And the truth is that the situation should be the opposite, we are supposed to be flowing on a regular basis with the present moment and every so often to leap into the thinking world and then return back and rest on the present.

Since you woke up this morning and until now…during how many moments that have passed were you connected to the present?

Did your thoughts wonder from one place to another and you didn’t realise how the time had flown by?

Time does not fly, your thoughts fly – and you take off with them.

Sometimes a whole day feels like a second and this is how it can continue a lifetime.

Even a lifetime can feel like a second, if we allow it to slip by.

The celebrations are taking place now.

Return your thought to the present.

Use your thought, work out your calculations, plan your steps and then return to enjoy the present.

Pay respect to the present, you give too much respect to your thoughts even to the most unnecessary ones.

Develop a love for the present moment, and that is a must, because only there you meet yourself, that is where you reunite with the person you really are.

Take a leap into the present moment and stay there a while… no rush.

Stay…
